Returns and Exchanges
We take every measure to ensure that you will be satisfied with your order.
To return an item, please go to the UPS website and create a shipment. UPS will provide you with a packaging slip that you can include with your package and a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse.
Return an Item
If you wish to return an item to us, you will be refunded the full amount minus shipping and handling. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Items eligible for returns must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and tags. Items must be returned within 60 days.
Follow the instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
1. Circle the item(s) you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
2. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice.
3. Create your UPS return shipping label with the following address:

4. Affix your UPS return shipping label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
5. Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.
Exchange an Item
If you are exchanging an item for size, color or style discrepencies, you must pay for the shipping costs to return the item in addition to shipping and handling of a replacement item. Items eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and contain all original product packaging and tags. Items must be exchanged within 60 days.
Follow the instructions below to package your return and mail it back to us:
1. Circle the item(s) that you are exchanging and note the quantity on your invoice.
2. Identify the size and color you would like to receive.
3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice.
4. Create your UPS return shipping label with the following address:

5. Affix your UPS return shipping label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
6. Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.
Wrong/Damaged Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost, or allow you to cancel your order. In this case, please call our customer service line at 215-662-4100 Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm EST, or email us at shopatpennmed@uphs.upenn.edu and a representative will be happy to assist you. Damaged or incorrect items must be returned within 60 days; we will assist you with shipping the items back to us at no cost to you.
Undeliverable to a Home or Business Address
If your order was unable to be delivered to a home or business location, we will send you a notification via email. For these orders, we will refund the full amount of your purchase minus the shipping and handling.
