Home or Business Delivery
Orders placed by 12 noon on a business day will be processed and shipped the same business day.  Orders placed after 12 noon or on a weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Sending a gift to a patient?
To ensure delivery, we strongly recommend that gifts for patients be sent directly to patients' homes, rather than the hospital.  We use a third-party shipper to fulfill orders, so we require 1-4 days for delivery; during that time, the patient may be discharged or moved to another hospital within the Penn system. 

Shipping and Handling Cost

Shipping and handling cost is determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages. 

We cannot ship orders to Canada or foreign countries. Some restrictions apply.

Refunds for Undeliverable Packages

If your order is unable to be delivered, we will send you a notification via email. For these orders, we will refund the full amount of your purchase minus the shipping and handling.
