Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for any item, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Please contact our customer service department immediately at 215-662-4100 Monday - Friday, 9am to 2 pm EST or email shopatpennmed@uphs.upenn.edu.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you may return the item for a refund. See our Return Policy for more information.
